About the Role

We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic casual Bartender to join our team at The Mona Social. As a bartender you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience to our guests, effective running of the bar areas and maintaining outstanding presentation of the venue. You will also: 

• Maintain exceptional product and menu knowledge;
• Be responsible for the timely and effective set up of bar for service;
• Ensure distribution of alcohol and serving of drinks including pouring and presentation adhere to the standards of both The Boathouse Group and the law;
• Ensure the venue and bar are clean, presentable and maintained according to The Boathouse Group’s standards. Picking up glasses and clearing equipment efficiently.

About You

To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a busy hospitality environment. You will also:

• Have a valid RSA;
• Have a passion for guest service and hospitality;
• Have a willingness and ability to learn and grow;
• Be accountable and action oriented;
• Be a team player with a collaborative working style.
